BEET AND BLUEBERRIE SMOOTHIE
Equal parts of beets and blueberries, 1/2 frozen banana, almond milk (delicious with coconut milk too) and 1 tbsp sea moss.
Blend and enjoy.
GREEN
SMOOTHIE
1 cup almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1 bunch beetroot
Greens (can substitute with spinach or kale)
1 tsp spirulina
1 tbsp almond butter
Blend and Enjoy.
COCOA MONKEY
SMOOTHIE
1/4 avocado
1 cup of almond milk
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
Handful of raw almonds
Pinch of cinnamon
Ice (optional)
